A custom die struck lapel pin is made by a process called stamping. First the die is created based on your pin's design. Then a sheet of copper, brass, or iron is stamped using the die, which creates a deep impression of your design in the metal.
Custom promotional die struck lapel pins are used when design demands complex shapes and details, perfect to display a real-life look. Die casting also allows for rounded shapes that are more realistic looking. Epoxy is never used, but we can fill parts of the pins with enamel. As standard just metal plating (gold, silver, nickel…) is used.
You can choose a butterfly clutch, rubber clutch, deluxe clutch, magnet, tie tacks, stick pins or safety pin to attach the lapel pin.
As a standard, all our bespoke printed lapel pins come in a see-through opp bag. But, you can choose many different packaging options, such as bags, paper boxes, plastic boxes… The packaging can also be customized with your logo or a full color one or double-sided paper card.
Design: send us your logo or other graphics, photos, Pantone or CMYK color codes, and we can design the custom lapel pins for you.

Size&Shape: custom-made to your requirements. Depending on the shape, we suggest no more than 3 cm.
Samples: we always make a sample (or more), so there is no risk. We charge for making samples but factor it as part payment if you then place an order (so you get them for free)
Pricing: we will prepare a quote for you. There are too many possible combinations to list. However, our prices are reasonable and competitive. We will be happy to receive your call or let us know your wishes via e-mail or contact form.
Terms of payment: 60% advance payment after design confirmation and placing the order, 40% payment 14 days after delivery. Additional discount on the entire advance payment. Special arrangement is possible.
Delivery time: 15 to 20 days for the sample and 20 to 30 days for the whole order, depending on the quantity, personalization, and gift packaging. The exact delivery time will be defined in the quote.
Minimum order quantity: the minimum possible order is 250 custom-made lapel pins.
